Probably Yayoi Pottery JAR. (The Yayoi Period followed Jomon Period ).
found in Mie Ken, Central Japan. about 200B.C

When the colour is reddish brown to light brown
It is smoked blackened on the upper part.There are little incisions or decorations.The Yayoi style laid more importance on form rather than surface decoration
A beautiful organic swelling body form with a short wide neck, yet has a thick lipped rim.
